Dear and I went to Macpherson Sec to sell books yesterday and I was charmed by the way he spoke. OHMYGOD. It's no wonder the parents were fascinated too. The luggage was heavy like crazy until it could not be zipped completely and poor dear had to carry it. We went to office in the morning to pack the books afterwhich we thought of going to Maxwell Market to mum-mum. Ahhhh, there wasn't any parking space left. In the end we went to the school without any breakfast as there was quite a huge traffic jam on the expressway and we'd rather reach the school earlier than be late. Fortunately, I had a packet of wang wang biscuits and milo while my dear only had tea and coffee on an empty stomach. Hah. He needs to wake up man~Anyway, he owes me a tin of chupa chups since he can't quit his bad habit. Haha...I 'm doing my best on my part to quit my bad habit but I committed it yesterday. Argh! So yea..I did my forfeit.
There was a buffet after the talk and we have already taken our own food. Then there were some parents browsing through the books. So we stopped eating and went back to our booth. Who knows the cleaner auntie would clear up our half-eaten food! OMG. There goes my youtiao. It's dear who hadn't eaten much man~In the end we and Hock Kee went to Geylang after that to makan for lunch and it was an eye-opener for me! The food was great though.
