dined at The Mussel Guys.
have not had mussels ever since the last time i went to Oosters which was like 2 months ago.
when we walked past this eatery, i was drawn in by the chef's recommended mussels!
one for one.
so we ordered steamed mussels n belgian mussels.
but they both tasted the same to us!
hmmm..the only disparity i could pick out was the color of the shells.
belgian mussels have black shells while the latter have slight greenish colored shells.
interesting right?
nonetheless, the food tasted awesome!
mussels were very fresh and succulent!
thumbs up! (except that his salmon was observed to be still slightly raw towards the end).
too bad! hah.
